The Drumheller & District Solid Waste Management Association (DDSWMA) continues to partner with Call2Recycle, Canada’s leading battery collection and recycling organization, to promote battery safety through the national campaign: “Protect What Matters. Starland County will begin transitioning to a new access system for its truckfill stations on **November 24, 2025**. The upgrade will require users to obtain a **FOB**, available at the Starland County Office. The first FOB is free, and additional FOBs will cost **$20 each**.
