REQUEST FOR LAND LEASE
5 ACRE SITE FOR GRAVEL STOCKPILING
The Council of Starland County is looking for two(2) 5-10 acre sites to be used for gravel stockpiling operations. In order to be considered the land must be located with within the areas circled on the map below.
Locations must also include the following in order to make the site suitable:
• 5-10 acres in size
• Level ground
• Duel visibility at access to site for traffic
In consideration for the lease Starland County will pay $1,500 per site per year. Starland County will be responsible for all stripping and reclaiming and any building demolitions that need to occur to accommodate the stockpile. Starland County would also be responsible for putting up a permanent fence and a gate to the site.
Interested landowners can call the undersigned, and proposals must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25th 2019.
The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. Final decision will be based on the specifics of individual location proposal.
