NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
PROPOSED ADOPTION OF A NEW LAND USE BYLAW NO. 1125

DATE: April 26th, 2017
TIME: 10:00 a.m.
PLACE: Starland County Council Chambers, 103 Main Street, Morrin, Alberta

PURPOSE: The purpose of Bylaw 1125 is to consider adopting a new Land Use Bylaw for Starland County.  

PRESENTATION:  Persons wishing to submit letters or other communication concerning this matter in advance of the Public Hearing, may do so provided they are legibly written.  Submissions will be received up to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 24th, 2017.  Submissions should be addressed to:  Starland County, P.O. Box 249, 103 Main Street, Morrin, Alberta T0J 2B0.  Please be advised that the personal information in submissions made, is collected under the authority of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Section 33(c) and subsequent versions of the Act. All submissions provided to the Council will be publicly available, in accordance with Section 40(1) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act. 

Oral presentation may be made at the Hearing by the persons above, whether or not they have made a written presentation.  The time limit for oral presentations is subject to the direction of the Chairperson.

DOCUMENTATION:  Copies of proposed new Land Use Bylaw No. 1125 are available for public inspection at the Starland County Office during regular office hours.  You may also download a copy of the document below.
