NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED BYLAW: MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN BYLAW NO. 1149
Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Starland County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of:
• Bylaw No. 1149 to adopt the Municipal Development Plan of Starland County.
The Public Hearing is to be held at the Starland County Administration Office in Morrin, Alberta on March 11th, 2020 commencing at 2:00 p.m. The proposed bylaw may be viewed at the Starland County office during regular office hours. Please forward written submissions to the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer prior to March 10th, at 4:00 p.m. If you have any questions regarding the hearing, or the bylaw, please email [email protected].
