IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 311(1) OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ACT, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE RATEPAYERS OF STARLAND COUNTY THAT THE 2021 PROPERTY ASSESSMENT AND TAX NOTICES FOR THE COUNTY WERE MAILED ON JUNE 28, 2021. ALL ASSESSED PERSONS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE RECEIVED THEIR ASSESSMENT NOTICES AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE.

Assessment appeal forms are available upon request from the County Office or on our website at www.starlandcounty.com.

Please keep in mind that all outstanding current taxes are subject to a penalty of 8% on October 1, 2021.
