NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE IN STARLAND COUNTY
This is to advise that the following described roadway has been closed on an emergent temporary basis, due to a failure on the bridge structure located on it.
As per Section 25 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26 Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, a council by resolution or a designated officer if authorized by resolution of the council may temporarily close the whole or a part of a road at any time that a construction or maintenance project on or adjacent to the road may create a hazard.
The Council of Starland County hereby approved a resolution to close the following described road on an emergent temporary basis, subject to rights of access granted by other legislation:
All that portion of roadway on Township Road 31-0 lying between Range Road 20-1 and Range Road 20-0, Approximately 1.5 km (0.962 miles)
This resolution was approved b y the Council of Starland County at a regular Council meeting held on February 13th, 2019.
